Pilsner malt from 2 or 6-row winter varieties
Pilsner malts made from winter barley varieties such as Wintmalt, Esterel, Azurel, Vanessa or Cervoise. These varieties combine good yields with excellent lautertun performances. Winter malt >>
HTST malt
Pilsner malt of excellent quality dried and cured at higher temperatures with an in-house developed and patented technique. The process results in a malt with excellent characteristics with respect to improvement of beer flavour stability, while simultaneously the malt has an optimal brewhouse performance. The lowest aldehyde levels enable longer beer shelf-life
Pale ale malt
Slightly coloured malt with excellent diastatic power and filterability with a fine aroma. Malt is being used in specialty beers that require a pale colour such as Blond ale or Triple pale ales. Its fine malty aroma contributes to the flavour of the beers. Pale Ale malt >>
Munich malt
Our Munich malts have an excellent aroma profile contributing to the darker specialty beers it is generally used in. It gives good foam stability and contributes well to the body of the beer. Munich malt >>

Aroma malt
